TRAINING PLANS

Interested in a customized training and/or nutrition plan to fuel your next triathlon, marathon, or endurance event?  With a customized plan, you will get workouts that are specific to YOU and your individual needs and goals. This is not a cookie cutter training plan that is just given to every athlete, this is a plan that I work hand in hand with you to reach your goals.  Everyone is different, and no two people may benefit from the SAME plan. I encourage daily/weekly feedback on workouts and will help you to work your training around work and family life!

SWIM/BIKE/RUN ANALYSIS 

A comprehensive breakdown and biomechanical analysis of your stroke and stride technique to identify problem areas, highlight proper mechanics and help you decrease time/increase your strength and speed. Simply send Katie your swim, bike or run video at any time and you will receive an objective viewpoint of your bike fit or pedaling stroke, even a breakdown of your underwater swim stroke. The best part of this service is that you can get expert advice from anywhere in the world. We will specifically analyze:

  • Swim: video stroke and mechanics assessment
  • Run: vdeo stride and gate assessment 
  • Cycling: pedal stroke analysis  

Once we receive your video analysis request, we’ll give you instructions for submitting your video, and do a thorough video analysis of your swim, bike or run. We will then provide you recommended exercises and stretches to enhance your performance.

INDIVIDUAL TRIATHLON COACHING

Are you new to triathlon and not sure how to train for your event? Or maybe you have been involved in the sport for a number of years but want to take yourself to the next level. Learn exactly what you need to suceed in triathlon, cycling, or marathoning with a customized, full-proof training plan. This package is available to athletes anywhere in the world, whether you are an novice, competitive age-group athlete, or an elite competitor.
