Katie is a highly sought-after fitness professional in the NYC and CT area. With over 10 years of fitness experience and having completed well over 30 triathlons, Katie understands how to train efficiently, effectively, and safely. Whether your goal is to lose a couple of pounds, have more energy to make it through your day, or you want to compete in a triathlon, Katie will custom-tailor your training program to your goals and lifestyle. 

  • Custom-designed training plan based on your current schedule, nutrition needs, and goals.
  • Private and semi-private training available. 
  • 3-month, 6-month, and yearly training plans available for athletes and those wanting to both train for an event or add proper strength and core training into their programs. 
  • Learn how to prevent burnout, avoid injury, and increase more variety to your training.

SPORTS CONDITIONING 

No matter what your sport, you want to make sure you are training your body specific to how it will need to perform. This will not only make it easier for you come sports season, but will be crucial in preventing injuries.

LACROSSE TRAINING 

Achieving success in lacrosse, whether at the high-school or college level, requires both technical and tactical training. Training with Katie is a great way to gain a competitive edge in this sport. Katie has experience playing at the top collegiate level. Her expertise ensures that each athlete's personalized training program is constantly adapting to match his or her development. The core of her lacrosse training includes: developing passing, catching, cradling, shooting, better footwork, ball movement, player confidence and much more.
